At JEWELIQUE, operated by VINAYAK ENTERPRISES, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering quality artificial jewelry. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or use
- Customized or special-order products
- Return requests raised after the allowed return period
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@jewelique.in with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions once approved.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
